Really lovely boots but I have really broad feet and they were to tight …. I was disappointed I had to send them back as I really liked them

I absolutely love the products of this company. The quality is fantastic and the designs are beautiful and unique. I experienced a problem recently with an order totally not thier fault, but the delivery company. They helped me to sort it out and retrieved my parcel and got it to me nothing was too much trouble.

The Charles black flower boots are great & I love them.

I find shoe embassy website easy to use all relevant information is provided yes there not the cheapest place to buy but the quality and style are well worth the price

I ordered the wrong size of boot and Embassy London soon sent out the replacement but unfortunately this was lost in the Christmas deliveries and finally 4 weeks later after several emails to them and the courier they sent another pair out that arrived soon after but again I had to chase ...However, the boots are fabulous comfortable and I would order from them again.

I ordered two pairs of boots for my daughter, they arrived very quickly and were really lovely but unfortunately not the right fit for her. In the meantime we had a family bereavement and I missed the return window. But thankfully one email to customer services and they very kindly agreed to take the boots back. I will definitely order from Embassy again.

Bought a pair of ladies boots (black patent with gold splashes). Wow! Stunning boots. Beautifully made out of soft Italian leather. Good range of sizes. I have wide feet so I bought mine using the European sizing which resulted in slightly larger boots allowing a little more width. I stretched the width over night by putting full cans of soft drink inside them. Eased them enough to wear them the next day in comfort. Smart and pretty enough to wear with dresses or leggings. I’m 62, they appeal to all ages. Now to save for another pair :-)

Have bought 4 pairs of boots over 3 years. They are amazing; very comfortable straight away and fabulous colours. I always get comments and asked where i bought them. Thank you.
